A decade of this work has taken me a lot of places: monasteries, boardrooms, kitchen tables, circles of women on the other side of the world. The conversation is always the same - somewhere along the way, most of us started performing our lives instead of authoring them. We are intuitive beings so we feel this, even when we pretend not to. My work is helping women decide, honestly and on their own terms, what happens next.

Years of studying culture, neurolinguistics, and human behavior, all in service of one question: why we do what we do, and what it takes to choose differently.
LEADERSHIP
Responsibility found me young, in my family first and then everywhere else. I've coached leaders through programs like Google LEAD, built brands, and run my own successful business. Leadership, to me, is authorship. It belongs to whoever is willing to go first.
SOUL
My grandmothers taught me to trust what I know before I can explain it, to honour the feeling. Everything since has been a deepening of that first lesson. Intuition is the voice of your soul. It's a language, and with practice, you can learn how to clearly hear and confidently speak it.
LIFE
This work rests on one agreement between us: that life is precious, and yours is worth taking seriously - not someday and not once things settle. The willingness to treat your one life as significant is not indulgence, it's the ground your fate stands on.

more depth.
I dream and write and speak of a rising of beings, mindsets, businesses and services, that give life instead of extracting from it. Relationships and systems built on reciprocity; receiving, giving, swirling in harmony with something greater. Ways of working and living and being that feel, frankly, more alive.
Doing this work asks a few things of us: to know the difference between controlling people and people actually in control, to understand that pivoting isn't failure but intelligence,
and to take seriously the idea that every day offers us an opportunity to become a more honest version of ourselves, and that there is real power in the world when we accept the offer.
